Neutraface slab family

Saw this today. A great contribution to the Neutra family. 14 weights of pure happiness. Why not a slab more in your font collection, or go for a one night kern!

Awww… Ståle wrote the same post just before me… :-) Then you read it twice and get twice as happy!

New from House Ind.: Neutraface slab

Yesterday (or the day before) one of our favorite typo nerds House Industries introduced their new font, NEUTRAFACE SLAB. I haven´t tried it out yet, but at first glance I like it big time.  Here is what House says about the font in their own words:

“…Neutraface has become the definitive designers’ workhorse.”

“…Neutraface Slab features five display weights, four text weights with italics plus a unique stencil style that work together like a typographic symphony or can stand alone like accomplished soloists.”

hellotypoThis is written with Neutraface Slab Thin.

Please add this font to my wish list for christmas.

Peace.

Typography is not quite a substitute for psychotherapy, but proper spacing can provide a clarity of mind and interior calm.”

In the hunt for new tees

Came over these glyph tees from Myfonts. Yes, I’ll wear them anytime :-)
However, they’re not for sale, let’s push them to sell!

War of the words

Illustrated type sign

Found this illustrated type on behance

At first glans it´s not mind blowing, it´s not bad but it´s no cigar.

But when you see that it´s in fact a sign. Than, yes, your mind goes BOOOOM!

Mine did.

Who we are

TTC (Trondheim Type Club) started out in 2008 by Aasmund Hegglid and Trond Aslak Øvrum. The idea was made in 2007 as something we missed in our town. A breeding place for type-fanatics.

We are now a group of people with relations to the design/advertising industry in Trondheim, Norway.

We all have passion and love for typography, and want to share our ideas, inspirations and knowledge with everyone. Kern or die!
