Sunday type on the infamous www.

Just surfing around on the big waves of typography on the many, many design related websites out there. Since it`s Sunday, and since the sun have givn me such a nice color (C0M79Y21K0), and since I`m in the mood for some pictures, I`ll share them with you guys (and girls)! Woho! Here we go:

All the pics is from the infamous www.  Some photos from this site, this place, here plus here. Kudos to the makers.

Type Stamp the Rubik way.

HOT DIGGITY DAMN!

I saw an amazing concept on FormFiftyFive yesterday, and I just had to tell our readers about it. Jas Bhachu is a student (!!!) at Liverpool School of Art & Design. Not only is his portfolio amazing and clever, but he have mada a Rubik’s Cube Font Generator. It works as an regular Rubik´s Cube, but it generates type, and works as a stamp. Again I say: DAMN!

Type trumps – a great christmas gift

This must be a card trump classic. each card has font styles with data like designer, date, price etc. Why haven’t I seen such cards before. Why didn’t i grow up with such cards. What a better place the world would be if everyone grew up with these. Give one to your loved ones for christmas! You can find them here at Magma Books.

Who we are

TTC (Trondheim Type Club) started out in 2008 by Aasmund Hegglid and Trond Aslak Øvrum. The idea was made in 2007 as something we missed in our town. A breeding place for type-fanatics.

We are now a group of people with relations to the design/advertising industry in Trondheim, Norway.

We all have passion and love for typography, and want to share our ideas, inspirations and knowledge with everyone. Kern or die!
